WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Orders with a value of less than R700 will have a courier charge of R79. Orders over the value of R700 will be shipped free.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Subject to availability and payment, purchases will be processed within 2 business days. After your order is processed you can expect your order to be delivered within 7 business days. If there is an expected delay, we will contact you and inform you. If you want to cancel your order due to a delivery delay, we will refund your money in full. We use Fastway Couriers, if they are unable to deliver to your area, we will refund your money in full. If you need your order urgently, please call us after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist.

We only ship orders to physical addresses (No post boxes). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there.
We recommend using your work address for deliveries if no one is available to receive your parcel at home.
Returns and Refunds

BUT WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?
In this case, please contact us with your details and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no expense to you.
You may return it for a refund or exchange subject to the following:
Original proof of purchase must be provided.
Product must be in original condition and packaging.
Refunds will only be given within 30 days of purchase.
We may deduct a fair shipping and handling fee from refunds, as per the CPA and ECTA.
If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please return it, and it will be replaced as deemed appropriate by the manager, subject to the manager’s discretion.
